I have had it for a while and works great without fault. It is quick and easy to use. Though, it does have a few quirks: - In standby mode the turn-on power button does constantly flash and does beep with every button press which can be annoying. - For something that is called a toaster oven, it doesn't have a setting for toast. You have to customise an existing setting (the pizza setting with the time changed to 4 minutes works okay). - Once it is finished cooking something and the timer goes off, it cool itself down with the fan straight away. So if you want what you cooked to keep warm, you have to switch to the keep warm setting.

I love cheese toasties into it. YOU MUST MAKE SURE you have somewhere in your kitchen to place it, that gives the oven 6 inches gap all around it , to let the heat out. I have followed the instructions but obviously because it's an Airyer & Mini Oven. and it makes a difference what you use to cook your meals on. I love the wire mesh tray and I believe this cooks things about 10 mins faster, because as I said I followed cooking instructions and some things have nearly burnt to a crisp. So it will take getting used to AND DO READ THE MANUAL! Not a big manual but it gives you some good tips.LOVE IT. ❤️👏🏻

This oven is fantastic. Mine sadly had a faulty door switch but the brilliant customer service from Home Detail sorted that out and my new one arrives Monday. I still marked it as 5* because it really was great until the door catch broke. The food I cooked before with it was restaurant quality and I am a former chef. This gives me the ability to use the oven but with the benefits of an air fryer in cooking times but less healthy if you want. I enjoy my flavour and fat isn't an issue with me I just want the best quality food an this is amazing! Can't wait for the new one to arrive.

Got this air fryer in May and it stopped working in August - the seller doesn’t seem to understand that under section 75 of the consumer act they are responsible for ensuring I can return the item AT NO COST TO MYSELF. Yet they expect me to buy bubble wrap and cardboard for a faulty item to be sent back stating that if it’s not packaged is the way they say I’ll incur a fee for the courier rejecting collection. They also said they expect customers to keep the box incase “you change your mind” about the product. I didn’t change my mind. It stopped working. If you expect boxes to be kept months after for such issues then this says a lot about the quality of your products. I employee anyone thinking of buying through this seller to be very cautious. They sell poor quality items with an almost impossible returns policy unless you like paying out of your own pocket to return a faulty item

I already had a12ltr air fryer which i have used for 18months its been great. I was looking for a bigger one this looked just the job 28ltr, the instructions were poor but as i have already had a air fryer not much of a problem so i thought. So in went a tray of chips and some chicken wings and as before put them on the cooking paper liners as i had been using before in my old air fryer within 5 mins i could smell burning the cooking liner at the top had caught light on the open element then i noticed the red hot element on the bottom so beware if coming from a enclosed air fryer with enclosed elements, The other issue i found was when using the rotary basket for chips ect you cannot use any of the trays no room so if you want fish and rotary chips you cannot do them at the same time, cook your fish then have to cook the chips after ? or do not use the rotary basket whats the point if you can only cook one item. Yes i did know that it was an air fryer "oven" but did not expect open elements that glow red hot and the outside of the air fryer oven gets much hotter than my last air fryer.
