The media could not be loaded. First impressions are very good, the machine comes well packaged with easy to follow set up instructions and a nice selection of test pods. It makes excellent coffee and is certainly just as good as my previous Citiz Nespresso machine. In my experience while the noise it makes when making the coffee is noticeable it is no louder than the Nespresso machine. The option to use the larger capsules wasn’t the reason why I bought the machine but it is a great option and having tested the larger capsules it is a feature I may use in the future. It is very well designed and looks really good in the kitchen. It’s not particularly high or bulky but with the water container at the back it is quite long so a bit of planning re placement is needed. So far I have tried a variety capsules with excellent results from all of them. It makes great coffee and that is obviously the main thing. It seems to deliver the coffee faster than my previous machine but the drips take longer to subside. If you’re looking for a good value capsule machine that works well it’s definitely a great option. I’m very pleased with it.

I normally don't like leaving reviews, but I just have to let folks know what a great machine this is. I have had them all--and this is the best. Quick to use, pods are reasonably priced, and the variety you can choose from is great. I am stocking up on Starbuck's Esspresso (11 out of 12 strength!). I especially like how easy it is to fill the water reservoir. The machine is quite compact, too, and looks nice in the kitchen. I went all out and bought a heated milk frother, so the cappucinos are wonderful.

I bought this coffee maker back in December 2023 and have been using it for almost 6 months now. I can confidently say it is a great piece of equipment that works well and efficiently! It warms up fast and pours coffee even faster. It’s also easy and convenient to take apart to clean (see picture). It’s also very useful that the tray under where the coffee comes out is removable so you can put taller glasses under it with ease. Furthermore it’s compatible with many different brands of coffee pods which means there’s a variety of flavours to choose from (see last image where pictured are lor pods, starbucks pods and lidl pods). I bought it for £50 around Christmas time and would say it was definitely a fair price for what it is. The only con is that the coffee it makes is not very hot, in fact I would say it comes out luke warm at best. I usually only drink iced coffee (this lor machine is great for making iced coffee using just a regular espresso pod!) so it’s not a huge problem for me. When I have tried to make a hot coffee, the coffee seems to be steaming and hot when it pours but once any amount of milk is added it is immediately cooled and the final cup of coffee is cold (which I find is not the case with my parent’s Nespresso pod machine). Overall I would say this machine is worth the money if you enjoy iced coffee or you don’t mind luke warm coffee or have a milk frother/something to heat up the milk.

I love the sleek design of this coffee machine, it doesn't take up too much room in the kitchen. I was originally looking at bean to coffee machines but they are so expensive, so I checked out alternatives & so pleased I did. For £45 this is a great machine & the L'lor coffee pods taste fantastic, just like freshly ground coffee and the crema is wonderful. It's easy to use, just pop the pod in and select your choice. On my first attempt the coffee came out Luke warm but after downloading the online manual, I discovered that if you do a dummy run without a pod first, it warms the water up so that when I popped the pod in, my coffee came out at the right temperature. If you had warmed milk, that ensures a good temperature too. Excellent machine for the money - does the job for me.

I had been looking for a nespresso machine for some time and took the plunge with this after reading the reviews and seeing a Black Friday offer. Very happy with the results, makes nice hot coffee in ristretto, espresso and lungo, and there is even a custom setting that allows you to brew with as much water as you want, which is great if you need a longer coffee. I bought the version with the added milk frother, which gives great foamy milk and also warms the milk up (best to leave the whisk out and leave it on for a minute or so to warm the milk up first. My only mistake was i could have bought the same machine direct from L'Or for a couple of pounds less but it would have come with 100 free pods! Nevertheless very happy with the machine, and a fantastic range of compatible pods available, for varying price points.
