The media could not be loaded. I share an office with two other people and we were tired of throwing away money on expensive coffees during our coffee breaks. I bought this for us and it's been really good. The Americano and hot chocolate are delicious. The late is not that great but I think it's mostly the brand, not the machine. The coffee is made quickly. And it's super easy to use. What I also like about it is that it is compact. It doesn't take up much space. And it also has a self-cleaning feature.

Had a Suny previously but replaced with a Finesse due to the optional extra brewing feature & because it was on offer for £44 with a 96 pod drinks variety bundle included. However with the Suny although it's not quite the same you just hold the start button for 15 seconds once it's finished dispensing & it both brews more of the coffee in the pod & provides a larger drink. The Suny has an 800ml tank & that extra 100ml really does make a difference, but better still you only need lift the top rear small flap to top up the tank using a jug or cup with no need to touch the tank. It also brews & dispenses faster yet still provides full strength drinks & it's slightly more compact than the Finesse with plenty of weight to it which suggests good solid components. My Finesse is still working perfectly as my main kitchen machine but I wanted one for the bedroom, lovely lazy 1st coffee of the day whilst still wrapped up warm in bed & the Suny fits the bill perfectly. I'll use drinks that have milk pods like Lattes & milk powder premixed in the pod like Cafe AuLait so no need to keep milk fresh in the bedroom or mess with extra steps to that 1st brew. Very highly recommend the Suny & can't understand why Tassimo UK website doesn't stock them as many othe countries still do & it's always been a popular machine.

Lovely little machine, makes beautiful drinks, heats up very quickly giving a nice hot drink. Easy set up and cleaning,instructions are all pictures little hard to understand but so easy to work it out. 1 * deducted for water tank size a bit small, you will get 2 large mugs out of one tank but not a big problem really.

Bought as a present for my latte addict mom. Great price. When it turned up she opened the box to find that it contained bits of a shelving unit not the expected machine !! Bit of a letdown as you can imagine. We filled in the online form for a replacement to drop it off at the local supermarket. This was in the afternoon and a massively happy surprise there was a replacement on my doorstep less than 24hrs later ! VERY impressed with the suppliers. Machine looks great, fingers crossed that mom's happy with it.

For coffee and drinking chocolate the only fault I would comment on is the lid on water tank is very weak I have had three of these machines all the same I have heard comments on this but it as never been improved but apart from that like the machine

I love my Tassimo coffee machine that I have at home in UK. So many choices of great coffee. I spend long holidays with our family in WA and have tried several different coffee machines but have been disappointed by the flavours of the coffee so…… I treated myself to a Tassimo to keep over here. It arrived quickly and although it is difficult to find the pods in Australia I can now enjoy my perfect cuppa!
