Hot Vegetarian Pulses Vegetables Alcohol Main Course
tbsp Vegetable Oil
Small Red Onion, sliced
Red Capsicum, (sweet Pepper) seeded and sliced
Garlic Clove, crushed
Spring Onions, cut into lengths
tbsp Black Bean Sauce
tbsp Dry Sherry
Heat the oil in a large frying pan until very hot,
add the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for
1 minute, then add the garlic and Quorn
pieces and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the Quorn pieces have taken
a light golden colour.
Add the spring onions and cook for a further 1 minute then add the sauce
ingredients, allow it to come to the boil and
thicken slightly. Serve immediately.
