Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
tbsp Olive Oil
Young Asparagus, trimmed
tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Parmesan Cheese shavings
Heat the oil in a large frying pan until hot then add the asparagus
and sauté on all sides for 3-5 minutes until lightly coloured.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well then cover and cook for a further 5-10
minutes or until just tender.
To serve - transfer to individual serving platters, drizzle with the vinegar then scatter
the Parmesan cheese shavings over the top. Serve immediately.
