Creamed Potatoes Veg

1. Peel and
cut the potatoes into even sized chunks. Place in a pan of salted water,
bring to the boil and cook for 20-25 minutes, until tender but not overcooked.
2. Strain into
a colander then transfer back to the rinsed out pan. Mash the potatoes
with a fork or potato masher until no lumps remain then add the milk and butter
and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth
and creamy. Serve hot.
