Brussels with Brazils Veg

450g/1lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
75g/3oz Brazil Nuts, chopped
50g/2oz Fresh Breadcrumbs
Salt and Black Pepper
Cut a cross in the base of each Brussels sprout.
Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the Brussels and
cook for 10 -15 minutes until just tender.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the brazil nuts. Sauté
gently until golden, then add the breadcrumbs and continue to cook, stirring
butter has been absorbed and the breadcrumbs are crispy.
Drain the Brussels well and add to the nut mixture together with black pepper.
Stir until well mixed and heated through.
