Broad Beans, skinned if necessary
Salt and Black
1 tbsp Freshly
A squeeze of
Plenty of Butter
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the beans, chervil
and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Drain well and return to the pan. Add plenty of black pepper and
butter and mix to coat thoroughly.
To serve - transfer to a warmed serving dish. Serve immediately.
