Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables
Herbs Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
3 Medium Kohlrabi, peeled and coarsely grated
2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Black Pepper
4 tbsp Crème Fraîche
1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic, onion
and kohlrabi and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the
kohlrabi is just tender.
2. Stir in the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then add the crème fraîche
and mix well. Serve hot.
