4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Desserts
Puddings Dairy Gluten Wheat
Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Extract (check ingredients label)
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed. Test
for sweetness and add more sugar if desired.
2. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine and
freeze-churn until ready. Alternatively, pour into a rigid plastic box and
freeze for about 4 hours, stirring once or twice.
