Miso Soup Veg HT SP
Serves 4 Hot

200g/7oz Firm Tofu, cut into small cubes
3 tbsp Red Miso Paste
4 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
1. Place the dashi
in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add the tofu cubes and spring onion and mix well.
