pinch of Cayenne Pepper
pinch of Nutmeg
pinch of Powdered Saffron
and Black Pepper
Place the pine nuts, egg yolks and half the chicken stock in a food processor or
blender and process until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan, add the spices, cream and the remainder of the stock and
heat gently over medium heat, stirring constantly until heated through. Do
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
