Fresh Chicken Stock
2 Large Tomatoes, skinned
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 tbsp Corn Oil
Mexican Fideo or Angel Hair Pasta
Salt to taste
1. Place the
chicken stock in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
