1/2 Onion, thinly
50g/2oz Snow Peas
1/2 teasp salt
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1. Place the stock
in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the
heat, add the onion and snow peas and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and salt, mix well and bring to the boil.

has come to the boil, pour the eggs into the soup slowly, stirring the soup
constantly, so that the eggs cook in thin strings. Serve immediately.
