1 small Red onion,
1 Garlic Clove,
1 teasp freshly
1 teasp Curry

1. Place the
lentils and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium heat.
2. Add the onion,
garlic, and ginger, mix well then cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until
lentils are tender.
