60ml/2fl.oz. Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Dry Sherry

1 small Red Chilli, very finely sliced

1 Garlic Clove, very finely sliced




1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Leave to stand for 2 hours
