Free Wheat Free Eggless Sweet Sauce
250g/9oz Fresh or
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cornflour
A little extra
2 tbsp Raspberry
Liqueur or juice
1. Place the raspberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook over a
medium heat until soft, stirring from time to time.
2. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour with a little water until well blended.
