Wild Garlic Pesto
Vegetable Nuts Savoury Sauce Accompaniment
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
75g /3oz Wild Garlic Leaves, washed and dried
50g/2oz Pine Nuts
50g/2oz Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
90ml/3fl.oz. Olive Oil
1. Place half the garlic leaves and the pine nuts in a food processor and
process until relatively smooth.
2. Add the remaining garlic leaves, cheese, salt and pepper and process again
before adding the olive oil. Process until well blended.
