Cooked French Beans
1 Tbsp Wine
serve (check ingredients)
1. Cut all the
vegetables into small dice and place in a large bowl. Pour over the
oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
2. Leave in a
cold place for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
3. To serve -
Give a final stir, pile onto a platter lined with lettuce leaves and top with
a coating of mayonnaise.
