Vegetarian Vegetables Fruit Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
1 small green Pawpaw
1 small almost ripe Pawpaw
1 tbsp Salad oil
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper
1. Remove skins from pawpaws and grate the flesh into a mixing bowl.
with salt and add enough water to just cover. Mix well then leave to soak
water about 20 minutes.
3. After the
soaking time, transfer to a colander, rinse under cold running water and drain
well and place in a serving bowl.
4. In a small bowl,
mix together the salad oil, lime juice, salt and a pinch of pepper then
pour over the grated pawpaw and allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before
