Lettuce and Honey Orange Salad    Veg  CD  ACC  10mins



Serves 4      Cold Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Fruit Salads   Accompaniment   Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless

90ml/3fl.oz. Olive Oil
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
Salt and Black Pepper
1 Large Orange, peeled and thinly sliced
1  Lettuce, torn into pieces
2 Spring Onions, (green and white parts), finely chopped


1. Place the oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.

2. Cut the slices of orange into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl together with the lettuce, spring onions and dressing and toss to coat well.
