2 Spring Onions, cut into 2.5cm/1-inch pieces
180ml/6fl.oz. Teriyaki Sauce
1. Cut chicken
breasts into bite-sized pieces and pre-heat the grill to hot.
2. Skewer the chicken, spring onion and mushrooms alternately onto skewers.
3. Grill the
skewered chicken for 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the
teriyaki sauce. Serve hot.
