25g/1oz Lard or
3 onions, chopped
1 Garlic Clove,
1 tbsp Paprika
4 Large Chicken
2 Green Capsicums
(Sweet peppers) deseeded and sliced
1. Heat the fat in
a large saucepan, add the onions and sauté till golden brown.
2. Add the
paprika, garlic and chicken, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
3. Add the
salt, green peppers and tomatoes, mix well then reduce the heat, cover and cook
for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Serve hot.
