teasp Hot Pepper Sauce (check ingredient label)
teasp freshly chopped Oregano
Bay Leaf, crumbled
tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
Large boneless Chicken Breast
Place the oil, lime juice, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Mix
to coat well then cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat the grill to hot and cook the breasts for 12-15 minutes on each side,
basting with the marinade from time to time. Serve hot.
