Eggs Benedict Recipe
2 teasp Vinegar
4 slices Ham
8 tbsp Hollandaise Sauce
Bring a large saucepan half filled with water to the boil then add the vinegar
and salt, stir then reduce the heat so the water is simmering.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill to hot and

To serve - place each muffin half on an individual serving plate, top with a
slice of folded ham then place an
egg on top of each. Spoon the hollandaise
sauce thickly over the top of the eggs and serve immediately.
