4 Pork Chops
peeled cored and cut into eighths
2 Onions, cut
1 tbsp Olive
1. Season the
meat with salt and pepper and brown on both in the melted butter
2. Add the
water and Worcestershire sauce and thyme and cook for 10 minutes turning

apples and onions, reduce heat, cover and cook for a further 30 minutes.
