450g/1lb Minced Pork
1 teasp Freshly chopped Sage
1 teasp Freshly chopped Thyme
1 teasp Freshly chopped Marjoram
1 teasp Lemon Juice
450g/1lb Shredded Suet
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Using your hands
2. Shape into sausages no thicker than 2.5cm/1-inch in diameter and fry or grill
for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
