Serves 4 Hot Pork Alcohol Main Course

Pork Fillet, very thinly sliced
2 tbsp freshly grated Ginger
3 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
2 tbsps Mirin
1. Place the soy
sauce, mirin, and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the
pork slices, turn to coat and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until very hot, add the pork and
stir-fry for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
