Vegetables herbs Main Course Dairy Free
tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic Clove, crushed
Porcini Mushrooms, sliced
tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
Bring a large pan of heavily salted water.
2.Heat the olive oil in a large pan add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the porcini, salt and black pepper, cover
and simmer for about 10 minutes stirring
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
To serve - quickly drain the spaghetti and add to the porcini. Sprinkle with the
parsley and serve immediately.
