6 slices of Bread
6 Cooked Sausages
100g/4oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
Toast the bread then butter and cut each slice into 4 quarters.
Cut each sausage into thin slices. Preheat the grill to hot.
Spread the toast squares with a little mustard then top each square with a few slices
Place on a grill pan and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Cook under the hot grill for a few minutes until browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
