24 Fresh Oysters in their shells (opened)
2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
2 teasp Freshly chopped Chives
1 teasp Freshly chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and place the oysters in a shallow,
Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic and cook over
stirring constantly, until soft and transparent.
Stir in the herbs and mix well.
Spoon the onion mixture over the oysters, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
