Bacon Wrapped New Potatoes   HT PFC  25mins



Makes Approx 20       Hot   Pork  Vegetables  Party Food   Parties  Buffet    Appetizer  Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless



450g/1lb Cooked New Potatoes, peeled

2 teasp Dijon Mustard  (check ingredients)

4 rashers Streaky Bacon




1. Preheat the grill to hot. Cut each potato in half and spread  the flat  surfaces with a little mustard.


2. Cut the bacon rashers in half lengthways then into strips, about 5cm/2 inches long. Wrap  a piece of bacon around each potato half and secure each with a toothpick.


3. Grill for approximately 5 minutes, turning from time to time,  until bacon is crispy and browned.


These can be prepared 2 days ahead. Make to stage 3 then cover and refrigerate until needed.
