Pan-fried Lamb with

4 Hot Lamb Pork
herbs Pan Fried Main Course
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
tbsp Olive Oil
Streaky Bacon, chopped
Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Heat half the oil with the butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar and onions and
cook over a gentle heat for 10 minutes. Add the
bacon and continue to cook for a further
15 minutes stirring occasionally, until lightly golden.
Meanwhile heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, add the chops and cook for
8-10 minutes each side.
To serve - Transfer the chops to a warmed serving platter and spoon over the
onion and bacon mixture, sprinkle with the
parmesan and parsley and serve immediately.
