Smoked Salmon Noodles with Caviar     CD  HD  15mins



Serves 4      Cold    Fish   Pasta  Herbs  Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer 



225g/8oz Noodles
2 tbsp Butter
12 tbsp Crème Fraîche
225g/8oz Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
4 tsp Caviar
2 tbsp Fresh Dill
Black Pepper
To Serve
4 extra teasp Crème Fraîche
4 extra teasp Caviar
4 Sprigs Fresh Dill




1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook them for 7-10 minutes or as directed on the packet, until just tender.


2. Drain the noodles lightly, return them to the rinsed out saucepan off the heat and whilst still hot, add the butter and toss to coat well.


3. Stir in the crème fraîche, then add the smoked salmon, caviar, dill and pepper to taste, lightly tossing so that the ingredients are well mixed.


4. To Serve - Divide the noodles in the centre of 4 individual serving plates, place a generous teaspoon of crème fraîche on the top, then a teaspoon of caviar and garnish with a spring of dill. Serve immediately.
