Shelled Prawns (Shrimp)
teasp Medium Sherry
Chopped Parsley to garnish
Lightly cook the mushrooms in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Gradually add the milk and cream
stirring constantly, until the sauce has
thickened. Season to taste.
Add the prawns and sherry to the sauce and re-heat gently.
To serve - sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve with croutons.
