Hot Shellfish Seafood Main Course Eggless

Capsicums (sweet peppers), chopped
1/2 teasp Ground
1/4 teasp Ground
1/8 teasp Paprika
1. Preheat the
oven to 190C, 375F, Gas Mark 5 and lightly butter a shallow ovenproof dish.
2. In a large
mixing bowl, mix together the lobster meat, tomatoes and green pepper and
arrange in the prepared dish.
3. In a measuring
jug, blend together the spices and cream.
60ml/2fl.oz. of cream mixture over lobster mixture.
5. Mix the
breadcrumbs with the melted butter then sprinkle over lobster mixture. Pour the
remaining cream over crumbs then bake, uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
