4 large Red-snapper fillets
½ teasp Salt
¼ teasp Cumin Seeds, crushed
¼ teasp Coriander seeds, crushed
¼ teasp Fennel seeds, crushed
¼ teasp Harissa
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 Limes, cut into wedges
1. Place the salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and Harissa in a
small mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Rub the spice mixture over flesh sides of fillets.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan then add the fish fillets, skin side down,
and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the fillets and continue to cook for a further 4-5
minutes until cooked through. Serve garnished with the lime wedges.
