Tuna and Sweetcorn Quiche

1 x 200g/7oz tin of Tuna, drained
200g/7oz Cooked Sweetcorn Kernels
4 Spring Onions, trimmed and chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
Salt and Black pepper
2 teasp freshly chopped Sage
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. Line a 20cm/8 inch flan tin with the
pastry. Prick the base with a fork and line with
greaseproof paper, fill with baking beans and
bake for 15 minutes.
2. Remove the flan case from the oven and take out the beans and paper.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the tuna, sweetcorn and spring onions then
place the mixture in the flan case.
4. Beat the eggs, milk, sage, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl then
pour the mixture over the tuna and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and
