Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Heat the oil in a flameproof
casserole dish the add the fish and fry over a high heat for 5 minutes, turning
from time to time.
2. Add the
vinegar, sultanas, pine nuts, salt and pepper then remove from the heat and
transfer to the oven. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
