3 Eggs, beaten
1 teasp Cayenne
32 large Raw
Prawns (shrimp), peeled and deveined
Vegetable oil for
1. Place coconut
and bread crumbs in a shallow dish and mix to blend well. Set aside.
2. In another
shallow dish. beat together the eggs, milk and cayenne pepper.
3. Dip the prawns
into the egg mixture then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
4. Heat the oil
until hot then fry the coated prawns until golden brown on all sides. Drain on
kitchen paper and serve hot with a dipping sauce.
