A Weekday Menu Recipe



Caribbean Spicy Grilled Tuna   HT  MC  W Indian  15mins



Serves 4     Hot  Fish  Spices  Main Course  Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless West Indies  Caribbean 


2 tbsp Freshly Grated Root Ginger

1 teasp Ground Cumin
1 teasp Ground Coriander
teasp Cayenne Pepper

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Lime Juice


4 Tuna Fillets or steaks, (about 2.5cm/1-inch thick)





1. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. 


2. Place the  cumin, coriander, cayenne oil, lime, ginger and salt in a shallow dish and mix well.


3. Add the fish and turn to coat on all sides then grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your liking. Serve immediately.

Accompaniments              Sweet Potato Rosti,   Wilted Spinach  and  Red Onion Salsa
