Makes approx 360ml/ 12fl.oz Cold Vegetarian
Vegan Herbs Edible Flowers Vegetables Dressings
Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
180ml/6fl.oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
60ml/2fl.oz. Sherry Vinegar
1 Shallots, roughly chopped
Salt and Black Pepper
1 teasp Honey
2 teasp freshly chopped Basil
2 teasp freshly chopped Parsley
1 teasp Freshly chopped Tarragon
120ml/4fl.oz. freshly chopped Nasturtium Petals
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended
and smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
