Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Alcohol
Chestnuts Dessert Pudding Eggless
Vanilla Ice Cream
2 teasp Caster
2 tbsp Maraschino
4 sprigs of Mint
1. Place the ice cream in the refrigerator to soften a little. Grate the
chocolate and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the cream and sugar together until stiff. Set aside.
3. Working quickly, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the grated
chocolate, softened ice cream, maraschino and marrons glaces pieces.
4. To serve - Divide the ice cream mixture between 4 individual shallow
glasses, top with the whipped cream and decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve
Good as a light, quickly made dessert to serve at Christmas.
