4 Cold Fruit Alcohol Vegetarian Vegan Dessert Dairy Gluten Wheat Free
Apples, peeled cored and cut into chunks
Mandarines, divided into segments
Pineapple, cut into chunks
Champagne (check manufacture)
Place the sugar and water in a pan and stir over a gentle heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place all the fruit into serving bowl.
Stir the champagne into cooled syrup the pour over the fruit and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
