Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Pears, peeled, cored and chopped
Sugar to taste
(approx 3 tbsp)
1. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Place the fruit
in a deep ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar to taste.
3. Place remaining
ingredients in a food processor and process briefly until mixture resembles
4. Pour most of
the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit and press down gently. Sprinkle the
remaining crumble evenly over the top and bake for 40 minutes until golden
brown and crisp. Serve hot.
