Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Fruit
Spices Dessert Pudding Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
4 Thick Pineapple Rings (fresh or tinned)
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 teasp Ground Cinnamon
60ml/2fl.oz. Pineapple or other Fruit
1. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil.
2. Place the pineapple slices in the
grill pan, drizzle over the fruit juice and grill for 3-4 minutes.
3. Turn the pineapple slices over,
sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon and grill for 4-5 minutes until the sugar
