General Notes:

  • All recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and increasing to high.

  • If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

  • Where possible, chill the base liquid beforehand

Apricot Carrot & Mango Smoothie recipe


Each portion contains 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
6 Apricots, stoned and quartered
175g/6oz Mango Flesh, cut into pieces
300ml/10fl.oz. Carrot Juice
2 tbsp Honey
4 large Ice Cubes, crushed

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

 

Coconut Mango smoothie recipe


Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
175g/6oz Mango Flesh, cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz. Coconut Milk
90ml/3fl.oz. Crème Fraîche
2-4 tbsp Honey, to taste
2-4 Ice Cubes, crushed
The Juice of ½ a Lime

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Ginger Mango smoothie recipe

Ingredients
175g/6oz Mango Flesh, cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz. Ginger Ice Cream
240ml/8fl.oz. Greek Yoghurt

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 


Tropical Mango smoothie recipe


Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
175g/6oz Mango Flesh, cut into pieces
2 Guavas
300ml/10fl.oz. Passion Fruit Juice
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
