General Notes:

  • All recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and increasing to high.

  • If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

  • Where possible, chill the base liquid beforehand

Cherry-Berry Melon Smoothie recipe


Each portion supplies 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
˝ Cantaloupe Melon, peeled, seeded and cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz. Apple Juice
14 Cherries, stoned
175g/6oz Raspberries
4 Large Ice Cubes

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth


Cherry Vanilla Smoothie recipe

Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
300ml/10fl.oz.Vanilla Ice Cream
180ml/6fl.oz. Apple Juice
400g/14oz Cherries, stoned

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Dairy Free Cherry Smoothie recipe

Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
400g/14oz Cherries, stoned
180ml/6fl.oz. Fruit Juice
225g/8oz Soft Tofu, drained
2 tablespoons honey
4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
