   450g/1lb Blade Bone Steak, cut into very thin strips

   2 tbsp Olive Oil

   2 Onions, finely chopped

   Salt and Black Pepper

   2 teasp Paprika

   900ml/30fl.oz. Fresh Stock

   75g/3oz Long Grain Rice

   300g/11oz Green Beans, cut into short lengths

   225g/8oz Button Mushrooms

   450g/1lb Sweetcorn Kernels

   4 Tomatoes, quartered




1. Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole. Add the meat and brown on all sides.


2. Add the onions, mix well and cook for 5 minutes until soft and golden, the add the salt, pepper, paprika and stock.


3. Bring to the boil then add the rice and green beans. Mix well, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.


4. Add the mushrooms, sweet corn and tomatoes. Partially cover and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes. Serve hot.
