Jack Cheese Burgers

Serves 4 (8 small burgers)

Wheat Free Eggless
450g/1lb Minced Beef
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt and Black Pepper
A little Oil
4 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese
1. Place all the ingredients apart from the cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended,
squidging the mixture together with your hands.
2. Shape the mixture into 8 small burgers, brush with a little oil then place
oiled side down on the grill and cook over medium hot coals for 3 - 6 minutes
per side depending on how well done you like your meat.
3. 3 minutes before your burgers are
ready, place a slice of cheese on top of each and finishing cooking. The cheese
will slightly melt.
